Our authentic Tan Brown Embroidered Moroccan Leather Ottoman Pouffe is made entirely by hand by highly skilled leather artisans in Marrakech, and hand embroidered with silk thread highlighting the intricacy and detail of the Moroccan design.

This premium Moroccan pouf features extra hand embroidery with silk thread.

Our leather ottomans are made using hard wearing yet soft organic goats leather which is processed naturally without the use of harmful chemicals using techniques dating from medieval times. The leather is hand dyed, hand cut and stitched together then hand embroidered using silk in small family workshops.

No chemical deodorisers are used in the processing of the leather so the pouf may have a strong smell of leather when new. This will disappear within a few weeks at most.

NOTE: Our poufs are hand dyed and oiled so there may be slight variation in colour from images shown. This is a natural leather product so there may be slight imperfections in the hide which adds to the character of this authentic piece.

Standard shipping is $10 per order in Australia.

Express shipping is $20 per order in Australia.

International Delivery - pouffe filling + cushion inserts

Our pouffe and floor cushion inserts are available for delivery within Australia only. International delivery (including to New Zealand) is not available for these items

International Delivery

We offer a AU$25 flat rate for all international orders.

Some countries charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs) for information on what these charges might be.

When will my order be dispatched? 

All orders aim to be dispatched within 48 business hours.

If the expected delivery period for your requested product/s is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order if not already dispatched.

How long does delivery take? 

Standard delivery takes 3 – 5 business days and up to 10 working days to Western Australia.

Express takes 1-3 business days. The Australia Post Express Next Day Network can be found here (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html). 

Where are orders shipped from?

This product is shipped via our Brisbane warehouse.

What if I am not home when my order is delivered?

We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, for Australian orders, Australia Post will leave a card which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch to pick up your parcel.

How do I track my order? 

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you are still unable to locate this anywhere you are welcome to contact us to receive your tracking number.

What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive, or is lost in transit? 

Once your parcels have left our warehouse they are then property of Australia Post. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.
