HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Contact must be made via email to email@example.com before items are returned and items should be returned to the following address:

Please ensure all returns are sent with tracking.
Items will be refunded as soon as possible, but at times may take up to 10 business days from receipt of goods.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.
