HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Contact must be made via email to hello@cushandco.com.au before items are returned and items should be returned to the following address:

Please ensure all returns are sent with tracking.
Items will be refunded as soon as possible, but at times may take up to 10 business days from receipt of goods.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please email us at hello@cushandco.com.au and help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.
We have looked into this for you and as per tracking your pouffe has been waiting at your local post office for collection since 9th August. Aus Post have attempted to contact you to collect but since it has been over a month it has been returned to sender.
When we receive it back we can resend to you? We have emailed you as well to see what you would like to do.
