Our cushion inserts are custom made for our Moroccan floor cushions for a plump, firm, beautifully filled cushion perfect for sitting on.
The recycled PET fiber is derived from 100% post consumer waste water bottles. We love this filling method as it looks and feel similar to a high-grade polyester cushion insert, but has a much greater resilience rating and lasts for much longer and is completely recycled.
100% non-allergenic, this method is environmentally sustainable as for every 1kg of fiber used, we save around 70 water bottles from ending up in landfill.
Our Floor cushion inserts are shipped separately and custom made to order. No express shipping is available.

This item is available to ship within Australia and New Zealand only. Due to size, we do not ship our inserts internationally at this time.
When will my order be dispatched?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your floor cushion insert to be made before shipping.
If the expected delivery period for your requested product/s is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order if not already dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
Once manufactured and shipped, delivery takes 3 – 5 business days and up to 10 working days to Western Australia.
Where are orders shipped from?
This product is shipped via our Australian warehouse.
What if I am not home when my order is delivered?
We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, for Australian orders, Australia Post will leave a card which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch to pick up your parcel.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you are still unable to locate this anywhere you are welcome to contact us to receive your tracking number.

What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive, or is lost in transit?
Once your parcels have left our warehouse they are then property of Australia Post. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.
